Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling

• You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 6 hours before your appointment.
• To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your booking email, WhatsApp us or call +91 78771 02347.
• Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund of any advance paid.

Refunds

• For eligible cancellations of online payments, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.
• Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
• Packages and memberships, once partly used, are not refundable, but the remaining sessions stay valid until the expiry date.

Spa cancellation

If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will inform you as early as possible and offer a new time or a full refund.
