By using anantspa.com or booking a session with Anant Spa, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

• Bookings can be made online, on WhatsApp, by phone or at the spa.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrival may shorten your session so the next guest is not delayed.
• Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. The price at the time of booking applies.

Health and conduct

• Please tell your therapist about any medical condition, allergy, injury or pregnancy before the session.
• Our services are for relaxation and wellness only and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
• Anant Spa offers only professional therapeutic services. Any inappropriate behaviour will end the session immediately without refund.

Payments

You can pay online at the time of booking (where available) or at the spa. Online payments are processed by a secure third-party payment gateway.
